pH Support for Lyme disease

All life on earth has an ideal and balanced pH level. For humans that is a pH of 7.2. We must maintain that ideal pH level in order to function optimally.

When the body becomes overly acidic (acidosis), there is opportunity for bacterial, yeast, viruses, and fungus to take over, such as Lyme disease. Mild acidosis can cause cardiovascular damage, weight gain, diabetes, bladder and kidney disease, premature aging, osteoporosis, joint and muscle pain, chronic fatigue, and immune deficiency.

To help maintain a proper pH of 7.2, drink freshly squeezed organic lemon juice first thing in the morning, eat green leafy vegetables, snack on raw unsalted almonds, supplement with minerals, exercise, reduce sugar and red meat intake. Be sure to check your pH levels frequently.

We have lots of great products to keep your pH levels optimal. Natural Health International pH Quintessence Pro is a favorite of our customers.
