We only ship within the USA. We DO NOT accept payment from customers outside of the USA or ship to addresses outside the USA.
STANDARD SHIPPING DELIVERY GUARANTEE:
Chronic Lyme Disease Help is proud to GUARANTEE UPS three (3) business day delivery within the United States EXCEPT Researched Nutritionals products which usually take 4 business days. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address are NOT guaranteed to ship in 3 business days. **Unfortunately Covid-19 has overwhelmed the UPS delivery service and we can NO LONGER guarantee the three (3) business day delivery. Please not that we process all orders to be delivered in that three (3) business day method. Any delays are out of our control and due to UPS delays.**
All order under $50.00 ship with a flat rate of $5.00. Orders over $50.00 ship for free within the United States.
Orders shipped to US Post Office Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) will ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and will take longer than three (3) days.
Special deliveries may take longer to ship.
Returns
Chronic Lyme Disease Help takes our commitment to quality very seriously and we go to great lengths to ensure that we only carry the highest quality products. We do not resell returned items—so our customers can be confident that every product purchased from us has been kept under the proper conditions at all times.
Occasionally a product may not meet expectations. Most unopened products are eligible for a return credit within 30 days; however, heat sensitive products, perishable and special order items are not eligible for return credit. To be credited for a return, please call 415-269-3554 or email us at customerservice@chroniclymediseasehelp.com for a return authorization number; please note, the customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. All returns (excluding those that are due to an error on our part) are subject to a 25% returns processing fee due to the fact we do not resell product.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that has been damaged, save the original box and all its contents and call us immediately with the invoice number. We will make every effort to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
